BIBE release charges on Ocian Government

I wish to announce that we have as much data we consider necessary to release this to you all. I would like to introduce the whole situation so you may understand.

We at the BIBE have been alerted by the presence of several spies in the Hammish Governmental forums. As we investigated one apparent spy, who went by the name of Hugo Gravois, we found that there was indeed a plot to annex our country and so we decided to use what information we could find to make a case for a review of diplomatic status between Ocia and ourselves.

The Operation was called Operation Animal hospital. Due to our closeness with Col and it's status I'll release what we conisder to be a linked case from earlier on in the year.

Comrade Anton Andreyov was the name of the suspected spy. The evidence he was a spy was firstly the guerillamail account which meant they were trying to hide a real email, secondly the backstory which meant he had found Col before any other nation, which is very unlikely. The third was the IP address being traced to another part of the world and the last was the translation from Russian being perfect as it was not translatable by babelfish and so the grammar was perfect and the only ones we thought had an alibi, Ocia, were the ones who were adept in that language.
We found that Bosworth had a spy with the same IP address and also using Guerrillamail and so we got ready to compile more evidence against Ocia, but Bosworth tried to use evidence too early and without all neccesary evidence and so the case was killed for us and nothing could be done.

We thought the two were linked due to the changes in the ways spying was done:

-They had used a real e-mail account. The guerrillamail thing was used in evidence against them by Bosworth.
-The proxy used this time was traceable to the right place, we however found the proxy.
-The name had backstory this time.

We were alerted by Hugo Gravois due to the fact that he used some unusual words (such as y'all) which fitted a stereotype of the american person and stereotypes are rarely lived up to. We decided to go back to the Alexandrian boards and look up Hugo. This is where we found the MSN address for the real Mr Gravois. I then added him on MSN and we found that the person had not been in a micronation in a long time and thought the predicament was cool even though he had not played a part in it. He later joined the country.

After realising he was a spy we asked reliable sources and found out of an annexation plan involving spies who woud try to convince us that we should join with Ocia. We related these to things such as the Keltian Economic Community which had been used to try and make our countries closer as well as other schemes which we had rejected.

After knowing that Gravois was a spy we tried to find out who was the spy. Ocia had the alabi and so we tried to make the puzzle fit. Jeremy gave us a quote saying that Kovac had been caught spying in Hamland.
We also learned that the proxy had changed, but the person ahd used http://www.anonr.com/ this time. This was an american proxy and the person was apparently from america, but the real Mr Gravois was form England.
Considering the two spy plots from Col and here are linked we used the evidence there and everything pointed at Matt Kovac being the spy.

Kovac admitting on msn which was given to us by Jeremy, the mail which had outlined the plot to annex our nation through use of spies and the fact the only country having an alibi to spy on us (no other nation apart form Babkha would ever need to, but the Babkhan crises is well and truly over) was Ocia, this all led us to consider Kovac as using a proxy to hide his identity as Hugo Gravois with intent to annex our country.

We had a further wing of Operation Animal Hospital but it crashed when information regarding the spying in Hamland was given to the public on the MCS website and so we had to go with what evidence we had.

I'd like to say we did not use any spies to get any information although we did consider doing so. We thought that it would be hypocritical regardless of the fact that it was not for purposes like those they had used spies for.

We'd also like to point out that Uantir was also a target of Ocia, although the work we did along side them didn't give any results.
