Declaration of War on the Democratic Republic of Ocia

Due to Operation Valiant Javelin, I move that this House implore the King, Esezo, and Prime Minister to declare war on the Democratic Republic of Ocia.

There are currently no plans for war. The constitutional right is allowed though. It will be changed however this term to only allow the prime minister or the Esezo to introduce the bill.
