Khavershafts Heskem tzvishn di Ashkenatzisheh Medineh un Kinigreykh Hamlands
Unified in their quest for the common weal and for peace and understanding between all Sovereign Micronations, the representatives of the Republic of Ashkenatza and the Kingdom of Hamland remain committed to building a lasting mutual friendship in informal and formal capacities fostered by the accords stipulated within this treaty.
I- the Republic of Ashkenatza and Kingdom of Hamland hereby recognise eachothers' territorial claims as legitimate, be they virtual or physical.
This shall also extend to cultural creations and images as the intellectual property of Hamland or Ashkenatza respectively.
II- the two aforementioned nations are hereby obliged not to engage in any espionage or intelligence operations against eachother, and to actively discourage other nations from doing so.
III- neither nation shall engage in acts of covert or overt hostility against eachother and shall respect territorial integrity, thereby not associating or condoning any group determined to violate such integrity.
IV- there shall be an active cultural exchange between Hamland and Ashkenatza and citizens will be encouraged to make regular visits so as to foster a meaningful friendship between Ashkenatzim and Hamlanders which should further endear the contents of this treaty to the Ashkenatzi and Hamlander populaces.
V- economic co-operation shall be actively encouraged where available, and intermicronational trade should be stimulated by lowering trade tariffs and taxes where possible to foster prosperity for Ashkenatzim and Hamlanders.
VI- the Republic of Ashkenatza and Kingdom of Hamland are not hereby obliged to defend eachother in times of war, but in the eventuality of a military conflict against one party of this treaty, the other signatory party gains a Causus Belli upon the other party's enemy.
VII- The Republic of Ashkenatza and Hammish province of Judah shall be of special cultural focus, and in keeping with Ashkenatza's Yiddishkeyt Declaration of 27102008 shall foster special cultural exchanges to oversee the development of the aforementioned province's Jewish cultural identity.
VIII- The Republic of Ashkenatza and Kingdom of Hamland hereby grant eachother military access to move troops across eachothers' territories, to use military installations such as ports and airbases, and to refuel, rearm, and reload in such installations. This agreement does not extend to the sharing of military intelligence and troops may not use foreign territory to stage attacks on an enemy which is not mutual unless specified by the controlling government of that territory.
IX- This treaty may be cancelled with two weeks' notice by officials of either government with the correct Constitutional powers and after placing the motion to cancel through the correct procedure (i.e a vote in the national Legislature).
X- This treaty becomes active and fully implemented upon its signature by both Heads of State of each specified nation, again only with justified Constitutional procedure.
Signed with the blessing of the Ashkenatzi Knesset and Hammish House of Commons, upon this day, the 10th of Elul in Kolmenitzkiy, Ashkenatza.
So may our new-found friendship bloom!

I'm putting this forward to the assembly to see if anyone has any problems with it. It does not actually say anything about us having to go into a war if they do and we're hopefully going to see economic relations grow through this.
